Description

• Manage and supervise construction project progress and provide reports on timeline, progress, and adjustments.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with company standards, contractual agreements, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate coordination and cooperation among primary project participants.
• Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to building codes and safety regulations.
• Resolve any problems that may arise and ensure all work is completed on time and within budget.
• Provide leadership and direction to the project team.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met.
• Implement risk management procedures to reduce the likelihood of project delays or cost overruns.

Profile

A successful 'Superintendent' should have:

• A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
