Description
Manage day-to-day operations on-site for multi-million-dollar custom home builds
Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and trades to ensure work is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest level of quality
Coordinate closely with architects, designers, and homeowners to execute complex and detailed construction plans
Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized job site that reflects the client's brand of excellence
Provide regular updates to project managers and ownership on schedule, budget, and progress
Proactively resolve any issues that arise in the field with creative and effective problem-solving
Profile
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Superintendent on ultra-luxury custom homes in the $10M range
Deep knowledge of high-end residential construction methods, materials, and finishes
Proven track record of delivering high-end homes on time and with exceptional attention to detail
Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage multiple trades and collaborate with discerning clients
Local market knowledge of South Florida, particularly West Palm Beach and surrounding coastal communities, is highly preferred
OSHA certification and a clean driving record required
