Superintendent - Multifamily - Conway, NH - $130k - Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring all work is completed on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site staff, ensuring that all project activities are aligned with project goals and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, local building codes, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and reports on progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
- Work closely with project managers and leadership to ensure project scope and client expectations are met.
