Description
The Superintendent will be responsibile for:
Oversee day-to-day field operations for projects in Conway, NH, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and site personnel to maintain efficiency and project timelines.
Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA standards.
Lead site meetings, track progress, and proactively address challenges to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Maintain excellent client relationships and uphold the company's strong industry reputation.
Profile
The right candidate will have:
5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or institutional construction.
Strong background in managing ground-up and renovation projects.
Expertise in reading blueprints, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and safety enforcement.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction management software is a plus.
