- Oversee and manage daily on-site construction activities for assigned projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and trades to ensure efficient workflows.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
- Conduct routine inspections to monitor progress and quality standards.
- Resolve on-site challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Maintain detailed documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment on-site.
Profile
- 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role.
- Proven experience managing both Commercial and Residential construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams effectively.
- Experience working with General Contractors on Long Island projects.
- Familiarity with local building codes and permitting processes.
