Description
- Manages the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
- Sources, identifies, qualifies, and delivers both active and passive candidates for exempt-level roles using a variety of recruitment strategies.
- Verifies job descriptions, creates and posts requisitions, reviews resumes, and updates candidate status within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Coordinates and schedules interviews, clearly communicating logistics with both candidates and interviewers.
- Conducts background checks and facilitates onboarding processes to support a smooth new-hire transition.
- Utilizes advanced ATS features to build talent pipelines, streamline scheduling, and manage onboarding workflows.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the candidate pool.
- Supports the integration of recruiting best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Performs additional recruitment-related duties as assigned.
Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, with a strong interest in sourcing and supporting exempt-level roles
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with leveraging ATS functionalities for recruiting and onboarding
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven experience managing and engaging with professional social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
