Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, external partners, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct phone screens/interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Manage candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Provide updates to hiring managers on open positions and candidate status
- Use data/metrics to improve recruitment processes
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practice
- Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs
Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting/sourcing
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment in the tech sector
- Knowledge of technical roles and skills
- Strong sourcing, networking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with ATS and recruitment software (Workday preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
