Key Responsibilities
Collaboration with Teams: Partner with stakeholders across legal, technical, and business units to communicate findings, address risks, and facilitate informed decision-making.
Risk Management: Lead assessments on data and AI projects, proposing strategies to mitigate potential risks.
Policy Implementation: Create and update AI governance policies in alignment with organizational standards and industry regulations.
Ethical AI Practices: Advocate for fairness, transparency, and accountability in the firm's AI initiatives.
Security Consultation: Work alongside information security experts to manage risks specific to AI technologies.
Compliance Monitoring: Track adherence to policies and provide guidance to ensure compliance with data governance frameworks.

Profile
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree (or equivalent expertise).
6 years in operational risk management, including exposure to areas like technology risk, information risk, or model risk.
2-5 years in leadership or management, demonstrating the ability to guide teams and drive initiatives.
Expertise in data management techniques and AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and large language models.

Job Offer
$150,000 - $175,000 base salary.
