Job Description
This role will encompass Infrastructure Management, Deskside Support, Strategic Planning, Vendor and Budget Management, Project Management, Innovation, and including but not limited to Team Leadership.

The Successful Applicant
- 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and deskside support, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience working in financial services or a similar industry is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components and an in-depth understanding of IT service management frameworks
- Excellent leadership and communication skills and strong analytic and problem-solving abilities
