Job Summary:
The Administrative Sales Support role provides essential operational and administrative support to the outside sales team, enabling them to effectively manage their sales activities and achieve revenue targets. Sales Support Skills:
- Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Add new customers to CRM software
- Communicate with customers in a timely and professional manner
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team
- Project Management
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 4 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in a sales environment.
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
