Schedule may include some weekends, specific days and hours are somewhat flexible. Can discuss at interview.
Pay offered at a range of $20-$21 hourly.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments & welcome the client when they arrive
- Porter responsibilities as needed will be required
- Determine the nature of the client’s visit & escort the client to the appropriate department/area
- Provide information to personnel regarding client needs and expectations ensuring the team is prepared to provide the highest level of service
- Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary
- Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas
Qualifications:
- Communication skills – communicate effectively with others
- Valid Driver's license is required.
- Time Management – ability to manage one’s own time
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
Pay Scale:
The estimated hourly earning range for this position is $20-$23 hourly.
