Description
We are looking for a QuickBooks Online Pro to join our growing team.

Your Location:
  • Fort Lauderdale, FL
Your Schedule:
  • Mon-Fri (8am-5pm)
Your Manager:
  • Debbie (Office Manager)

Your Contribution to Michael Salus Construction
Financial Management via QuickBooks Online:
  • Daily Financials: A/P, A/R, Collections
  • Complete Migration to QuickBooks Online (from spreadsheets)
  • Reconcile and code invoices and credit card charges
  • Prepare payments (checks, ACH, online) and coordinate client invoices
  • Assist with quarterly and year-end tax documentation for our accounting firm
Human Resources:
  • Process payroll: Process and manage via Gusto
  •  HR Compliance: reporting and documentation as needed
Administrative Support:
  • Assist with proposals, client bank draws, sub-contractor agreements, and vendor purchase orders.
  •  Vendor and Sub-contractors: W-9s, insurance, worker’s compensation verification, and required reporting.
  • Phone/Email Correspondence: Clients, vendors, subcontractors, and engineers.
  • Filing (digital/physical): projects and general office records.
  • Compliance: company licenses, certifications, business taxes, insurance, dues, and subscriptions.
  • BuilderTrend: Familiarization with Office Manager’s component for future coordination.
  • Building Permits 
  • IT Support: computers, monitors, Wi-Fi, and other equipment.

Your Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 3 Years: Certified QuickBooks Online Pro (preferably in a construction or multi-project environment).
  • 2 Years: Proven administrative experience
  • BuilderTrend (BT) experience a plus; completion of Office Manager BT tutorial required within first three months
