Description

We are looking for a QuickBooks Online Pro to join our growing team.

Your Location :

  • Fort Lauderdale, FL

Your Schedule :

  • Mon-Fri (8 : 30am-5 : 30pm)
  • Your Manager :

  • Debbie (Office Manager)
  • Your Contribution to Michael Salus Construction

    Financial Management via QuickBooks Online :

  • Daily Financials : A / P, A / R, Collections
  • Complete Migration to QuickBooks Online (from spreadsheets)
  • Reconcile and code invoices and credit card charges
  • Prepare payments (checks, ACH, online) and coordinate client invoices
  • Assist with quarterly and year-end tax documentation for our accounting firm
  • Human Resources :

  • Process payroll : Process and manage via Gusto
  • HR Compliance : reporting and documentation as needed
  • Administrative Support :

  • Assist with proposals, client bank draws, sub-contractor agreements, and vendor purchase orders.
  • Vendor and Sub-contractors : W-9s, insurance, worker’s compensation verification, and required reporting.
  • Phone / Email Correspondence : Clients, vendors, subcontractors, and engineers.
  • Filing (digital / physical) : projects and general office records.
  • Compliance : company licenses, certifications, business taxes, insurance, dues, and subscriptions.
  • BuilderTrend : Familiarization with Office Manager’s component for future coordination.
  • Your Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 3 Years : QuickBooks Online (preferably in a construction or multi-project environment).
  • Preferably QuickBooks Certified
  • 2 Years : Proven administrative experience
  • BuilderTrend (BT) experience a plus; completion of Office Manager BT tutorial required within first three months
