Description
We are looking for a QuickBooks Online Pro to join our growing team.
Your Location :
Fort Lauderdale, FL
Your Schedule :
Mon-Fri (8 : 30am-5 : 30pm)
Your Manager :
Debbie (Office Manager)
Your Contribution to Michael Salus Construction
Financial Management via QuickBooks Online :
Daily Financials : A / P, A / R, Collections
Complete Migration to QuickBooks Online (from spreadsheets)
Reconcile and code invoices and credit card charges
Prepare payments (checks, ACH, online) and coordinate client invoices
Assist with quarterly and year-end tax documentation for our accounting firm
Human Resources :
Process payroll : Process and manage via Gusto
HR Compliance : reporting and documentation as needed
Administrative Support :
Assist with proposals, client bank draws, sub-contractor agreements, and vendor purchase orders.
Vendor and Sub-contractors : W-9s, insurance, worker’s compensation verification, and required reporting.
Phone / Email Correspondence : Clients, vendors, subcontractors, and engineers.
Filing (digital / physical) : projects and general office records.
Compliance : company licenses, certifications, business taxes, insurance, dues, and subscriptions.
BuilderTrend : Familiarization with Office Manager’s component for future coordination.
Your Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
3 Years : QuickBooks Online (preferably in a construction or multi-project environment).
Preferably QuickBooks Certified
2 Years : Proven administrative experience
BuilderTrend (BT) experience a plus; completion of Office Manager BT tutorial required within first three months
