Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Bookkeeper/Admin located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Construction Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial aspects of construction projects, managing budgets, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Financial management, budgeting, and accounting skills
- Experience in Quickbooks, AIA Billing, Procore, Textura.
- Experience in the construction industry
- Proficiency in construction cost analysis and project financial reporting
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (a plus not required)
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
