> Operate industrial equipment to manufacture the components and final products (tires) while respecting the safety, quality, productivity levels and other standards.
> Inspect and verify the quality and adherence to standards of your production such as rubber mixes, rubber/metal components, or tires.
Implement and uphold the environmental management system and other work standards to protect yourself and the community.
> Contribute/lead problem resolution or continuous improvement efforts in the areas of Safety, Machine, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
> Participate in on the job activities, informal and formal training to continually learn/apply new skills for the current job and your desired career path.
