THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a highly experienced marketing professional to join our team. This role requires over 12 years of marketing experience in the agricultural industry. If you have a proven track record of managing profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities, we want to hear from you!
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Apply market, customer, and competitor knowledge to forecast business impacts and plan actions to deliver the annual plan.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the agricultural sector.
- Identify research needs, commissions study, and applies outputs.
- Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with company goals.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Establish and monitor the strategic pricing corridors for the given portfolio and where warranted, recommend pricing actions.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to develop demand forecast and sales plan for given segment for the 18-month horizon. Zoom at detailed / granular levels when appropriate on key items.
- Aligns the demand planning, sales, and finance teams in the generation of the financial forecast for the 18-month horizons.
- Monitor and manage P&L to ensure financial targets are met.
