Account Manager – Client Services
Location: Greenville, SC (On-Site)
The Brand Leader, an award-winning agency and a 2023 AdAge Best Places to Work winner, is seeking an Account Manager to join our Client Services team. This role is pivotal in overseeing day-to-day agency efforts on behalf of our clients, ensuring seamless execution of strategic marketing programs, branding initiatives, paid media campaigns, and web projects, and other related projects.
We are particularly interested in candidates with agency experience leading med-tech or healthcare brands in the advertising space. This role requires the ability to build strong relationships, think strategically, and drive measurable client success in highly regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring needs and expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
- Provide strategic direction for all client projects, aligning deliverables with overarching business goals.
- Develop and manage integrated marketing strategies for assigned clients.
- Lead client performance meetings, including weekly check-ins and quarterly business reviews.
- Collaborate with senior account team members to present tailored marketing solutions for each client.
- Advocate for an integrated marketing approach to maximize agency offerings.
- Craft and present creative briefs, manage key deliverables, and oversee execution timelines.
- Review, evaluate, and refine the creative output to ensure alignment with all industry-related regulations and standards (be it healthcare or otherwise) and client objectives.
- Stay informed on business category trends, particularly within healthcare, to enhance client strategy and engagement.
- Position the agency as a trusted and strategic marketing partner for our clients.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an advertising agency (required).
- Experience leading marketing efforts for med-tech or healthcare brands (preferred).
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of marketing and advertising industry trends.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong project management capabilities, with a focus on execution and client satisfaction.
