We are a rapidly growing brand with stores located in Southampton NY, Palm Beach Fl, Mizner Park in FL, and at the Boca Raton Resort. About the Role:
Do you have an eye for detail, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong sales acumen? If so, Michelle Farmer is seeking talented individuals like you to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming warm, fun environment in our boutiques.
- Style clients and provide knowledgeable assistance and recommendations to customers through product knowledge and educated styling advice.
- Utilize your excellent communication skills to establish strong customer relationships.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising to brand standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new arrivals, and in-store designers to enhance your product knowledge and effectively convey information to customers.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and seamless customer journey, from initial contact to after-sales service.
- Contribute to the overall success of the boutique, actively participating in team meetings and training sessions.
- Keep sales floor to brand standard with garments properly restocked and steamed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Associate in a luxury retail environment, preferably in fashion or high-end accessories.
- Passion for fashion and luxury with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Exceptional customer service skills, providing a personalized shopping experience to each customer.
- Impeccable presentation and attention to detail, aligning with the brand's aesthetic and image.
- Flexibility to work weekends.
- Knowledge of Shopify and basic computer skills.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
- Fine jewelry experience is a plus.
- Experience pinning garments and assisting in customer fittings is a plus.
