Michigan Can Lines, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Admin Assistant to support our leadership team and general office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports Plant manager and Director of Sales and Operations with day-to-day operational activities as needed.
- Work with stakeholders to develop, drive, and implement project goals.
- Maintain and organize the project calendar.
- Track project progress, performance, risks, key milestones, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor budgets and project expenditures.
- Work with field service crews to ensure all resources are available to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Handle administrative tasks related to project management, such as processing invoices, purchase orders, and inventory reports.
- Oversight and management of office vendors/accounts
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field.
- 3 years project coordination experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
Working Conditions:
This position involves working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to various physical hazards, including high noise levels, chemicals, and moving machinery. Employees are required to wear PPE, such as safety glasses, hearing protection, and protective clothing, in accordance with safety guidelines.
