OBJECTIVE
Digital Marketing Automation Specialist Objective
To research, propose, and create automated processes that help move clients through various marketing journeys. To create, test, and launch simple to complex marketing campaigns within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. To collect and organize data from multiple sources, including email open and click rates, to identify potential leads, trends, or opportunities for improvement. To propose, create, and maintain internal websites where needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing Automation Specialist Responsibilities
Create, test, and launch simple to complex Marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud in collaboration with other members of the team.
Build and test within Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaign segmentation, lists and campaign assets like emails, landing pages, and mobile.
Support omnichannel marketing efforts across other channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to schedule and manage Marketing campaign priorities within project management tools.
Be a key contributor to the building of new strategic initiatives like customer journeys and experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Digital Marketing Automation Specialist Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field, or an equivalent level of training required.
Three to five years of experience working with Salesforce CRM applications (Financial Service Cloud & Marketing Cloud) required.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 products, including SharePoint and Teams required.
Experience with Drupal website content management system or any similar content management system required.
UX Development and knowledge of consumer digital behavior required.
Preferred
Salesforce certification required. Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Credential preferred.
Experience with both Mac and PC systems preferred.
Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite products such as Photoshop, Indesign, and Acrobat preferred.
