At Muha Meds, we believe in inhaling excellence and delivering an unparalleled customer experience. We are seeking a dynamic and visionary individual to join our team as a Metrc Manager at our Manufacturing facility in Pinconning, Michigan.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and inspire a team of dedicated cannabis enthusiasts, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

- Develop and execute strategies to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining a safe and responsible manufacturing environment.

- Oversee Metrc inventory management, including product tracking, reporting, and compliance, to meet customer demands and maximize profitability.

- Implement effective quality control measures to ensure product consistency and compliance with industry standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative ideas, process improvements, and initiatives that align with our brand values.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and customer preferences to continuously improve our offerings and stay ahead of the curve.

- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a successful cannabis manufacturing manager or similar role, with a deep understanding of the industry and its regulations.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with team members, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

- A passion for cannabis and a commitment to delivering exceptional products that meet industry standards.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

- Strong business acumen, with a track record of driving operational efficiency and achieving targets.

- Familiarity with Metrc inventory management system and other relevant software.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
