Client Relationship Manager

In this role, you will maintain a professional working relationship with the key contacts of the block of business assigned to you and successfully partner and provide recommendations to them on their employee benefits needs. You will work closely with our internal Enrollment, Plan Analyst, Compliance, and Claims teams to ensure updates to their accounts occur in a timely manner.

Primary Requirements
- 3-5 years of industry experience working in Client Services or as an Account Manager.
- An ownership mentality, contagious energy, and leadership skills that portray confidence in your team members and clients.
- A passion for providing a white glove level of customer service.
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Experience with Salesforce, BrokerageBuilder, and/or Employee Navigator strongly preferred.
- Solid interpersonal, oral & written communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to successfully work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven background prioritizing and managing multiple projects & client needs concurrently.
- Currently have or able to obtain a State of Michigan Life & Health Insurance License within 6 months of employment
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
