We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle inquiries effectively.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a positive experience for each caller.
- Promote products and services through effective sales techniques when appropriate.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly over the phone.
- Proficient in data entry (learning their software) with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with outbound calling practices is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Pay Rate: $18hr to $19hr wkly pay / Shift: 8am to 5pm (6pm 2x wkly) / Contract to Hire
