Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and coordinate measuring machines.
- Perform HACCP assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Utilize vision inspection systems to evaluate product quality and detect defects.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Document findings and prepare reports on quality metrics for management review.
- Train staff on quality assurance practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in internal audits and assist in external audits as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, including HACCP and CGMP.
