Program Director Childcare Services

Micone Staffing Resources, Inc. is committed to providing high-quality childcare services to our community. We are seeking a skilled Program Director Childcare Services to lead our team and ensure the delivery of exceptional programs.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements childcare programs that meet the needs of children and families;
• Servicing employees, managing personnel functions such as recruitment, selection, orientation, training, evaluation, recognition, promotion, demotion, discipline, salary administration and separation;Providing professional support and guidance; manage overall department budgetary process, developing long-term strategic plans; Develops and maintains policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services;
• Evaluates program effectiveness and makes recommendations for improvement;

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in childcare management or related area;
• Familiarity with childcare regulations and standards;
• Effective communication and leadership skills;
