Youth Program Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Child Care Manager to join our team at Micone Staffing Resources, Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our child care program.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day operations of the program, including supervising staff, managing budgets, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing new programs and services that meet the evolving needs of our children and their families.

Responsibilities:

In addition to the above skills, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing programs that meet the needs of our children and their families;
• Managing team members to achieve program goals and objectives;
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and IMGR&C policies and procedures;
• Monitoring revenue and expenses to ensure efficient administration of child care operations;
• Maintaining accurate records and reports as required;
