Youth Program Supervisor

Micone Staffing Resources, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Youth Program Supervisor. The successful candidate will have a passion for working with children and families, and be able to provide leadership and support to our childcare team.

About the Role:

• Supervises and evaluates staff members, providing coaching and mentoring to enhance their performance;
• Plans, organizes and implements youth-related events and activities;
• Cultivates and maintains partnerships with local community organizations to promote the childcare program;
• Ensures compliance with childcare regulations and standards;

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in childcare management or related area;
• Familiarity with childcare regulations and standards;
• Effective communication and leadership skills;
