Key Responsibilities :
1. New Business Development :
Identify and target potential clients in the Reno area who could benefit from staffing services, with a focus on expanding new accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Leverage existing network and actively seek new relationships within the business community to develop leads.
- Conduct sales calls, set appointments, and consistently follow up with potential clients to convert leads into active accounts.
2. Client Relationship Building :
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their staffing needs and offering tailored solutions.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and continuous engagement to maintain loyalty.3. Event Attendance & Networking :
Regularly attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to represent the company and expand visibility within the community.Use events as an opportunity to generate new business leads, meet prospective clients, and strengthen industry presence.4. Proposal Creation & Negotiation :
Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing staffing solutions that align with their business needs.Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales while maximizing profitability and maintaining client satisfaction.5. Selling Candidates to Clients :
Assess client requirements and identify suitable candidates from the company’s talent pool, presenting candidates who meet the client’s needs and align with their business goals.Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from identifying client needs to coordinating placements, ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process.6. Market Research & Competitor Analysis :
Continuously monitor the Reno market to stay informed about staffing trends, industry challenges, and competitor strategies.Use market insights to refine sales strategies and identify new areas of business opportunity.Qualifications :
