Hiring Full-Time CNC Machine Operators for 2nd shift! DIRECT HIRE Positions.
Micro Gauge in Brighton is seeking CNC Operators to tend to and operate lathe/milling machines to machine surfaces of metal workpieces to specifications according to the job book instructions.
Responsibilities Include:
· Meeting production and scrap goals
· Inspecting machined parts for surface defects and verifying conformance to specifications provided in job book instructions using measuring instruments
· Changing tools and making offsets to machines as needed
· Reporting hourly production, scrap and downtime on appropriate form
Qualifications Include:
· Ability to read, comprehend and follow simple instructions
· Previous CNC experience helpful, but not required
· Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
· Standing and repetitive bending and twisting

Compensation:
Hourly rate will depend on work experience and skill level. Shift premiums paid for 2nd shift.
