Responsibilities:
- Calibrate thread rings, rulers, hand tools, pressure gages, etc.
- Prepare calibration reports and certificates per ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
- Inspect equipment for accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering on calibration procedures.
- Assist with audits and provide technical expertise.
- Maintain a safe work environment and troubleshoot equipment.
- Manage calibration standards and tools.
- Support quality control, audits, and process improvements.
- Participate in training and cross-functional service development.
Requirements and Skills:
- 3 years Physical Dimensional and Mechanical Calibration experience required.
- Military PMEL/TMDE/DOD training and familiarity with ISO 17025 standards preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to meet deadlines effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for potential onsite customer visits
- Valid driver’s license, clean record, and U.S. citizen or permanent resident required.
