Machine Operator 1st and 2nd shift $17-20/hr.

Machine Operator – 1st or 2nd Shift
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift: 2nd Shift: 
Location: Franklin, MA

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor machines to produce quality products.
• Inspect finished products and adjust as needed.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Record production data accurately.
• Keep work areas clean and follow safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in manufacturing/machine operation (preferred).
• Problem-solving and basic mechanical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs
• Willing to learn and adapt quickly.
• Ability to use measuring tools a plus
