Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our Mechanical Assembly department. If you enjoy hands-on work using tools, assembling intricate parts, and working on impactful projects, this is the role for you!

Your Responsibilities

Assemble, kit, and pack large mechanical and pneumatic components using hand and power tools.

Interpret and follow assembly prints, work packages, and air diagrams.

Collaborate on large, complex assemblies individually or as part of a team.

Maintain high-quality standards and ensure accuracy in your work within an ISO9001 environment.

Additional Tasks

Drilling, tapping, and grinding parts.

Cleaning, packing, and crating finished components.

Operating woodworking equipment.

Handling materials, including using an overhead crane.

Utilizing measuring tools such as verniers, protractors, and tape measures.

Supporting other departments as needed.

Qualifications

6 months minimum of assembly experience (mechanical knowledge required).

High school diploma or GED (required).

English language proficiency (required).

Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Familiarity with electrical assembly or sheet metal fabrication is a plus.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
