What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental CAD/CAM Printing Technician position at MICRODENTAL LABORATORIES?

We are looking for a determined, high energy, well organized individual for the position of CAD CAM 3D Printing Technician to join our company.
*Qualified candidates with 5 years of relevant experience are eligible for a sign on bonus of $1000, after 120 days of continuous employment.*

Primary Responsibilities & Skills:
- Receives Surgical Guide and Model Cases
- Nests designed STL files for 3D printing production
- Perform printing jobs and post-processing using ultrasonic cleaning and curing equipment
- Responsible for completing and finishing of guides and models
- Responsible for tracking and ordering of all inventory related to surgical guides
- Responsible for in-process and final quality control of completed work, ensuring all FDA and other regulatory product requirements being met
- Cleaning, maintenance and repair (when possible) of all related equipment and printers.
- All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
Qualifications:
- Previous working in a similar position or in a dental laboratory preferred
- Knowledge in basic computer programs such as word, excel, photoshop, and/or audio applications
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail a must
- Milling center environment, computer-based workstation. Benchwork with high speed and low-speed handpieces
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
