The Micron Foundation exists to enrich lives with a focus on providing equitable opportunities for underrepresented populations, supporting our communities, and increasing access to STEM education to create lasting social impact.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Executive Leadership and Organizational ManagementResponsible for the overall strategy, development, and implementation of Micron’s community impact strategies. This includes but is not limited to, The Micron Foundation’s granting efforts, employee community engagement efforts including the matching gift and volunteer programs, and all STEM outreach and funding efforts.Lead the annual granting process utilizing the Foundation’s endowment structure.Amplify the work of the Micron Foundation grants amongst our team members, communities, and strategic partners. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.Lead the company’s approach for community impact creating an innovative framework to convene team member volunteerism, programs, sponsorships, and philanthropy, around opportunities that will best achieve the mission.Lead and support the global team’s STEM outreach efforts by cultivating high-impact partnerships and expanding our signature outreach programs including Chip Camp, Girls Going Tech, and Careers in a High-Tech World.Lead the company’s global volunteer program including the annual goal-setting process.Provide visionary philanthropy leadership that is inclusive, transparent, and empowering in a manner that supports and guides the organization’s mission as defined by the Micron executive team and the Micron FoundationBoard.Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization and ensure its overall compliance with IRS private operating foundation rules and regulations.Direct resources and manage all financials within budget guidelines and according to current laws and regulations of each state and country and assume responsibility for the fiscal integrity of the organization.Serve as spokesperson publicly at events, conferences, and panels promoting the Foundation’s people, programs, and philanthropy in a consistently positive manner .Ensure high visibility of grants and programs to inspire collective action.Maintain regular and ongoing communication to build strong relationships with the Micron Foundation Board of Directors#J-18808-Ljbffr
