Our Opportunity Summary
The Global Service Delivery Manager is responsible for executing and optimizing procurement activities, ensuring effective procurement of goods and services, and ensuring timely and efficient responses to Business requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of procurement processes, strategic sourcing, and supplier management. Responsible for performing business process & system administration duties in the Source-to-Pay Center of Excellence organization, supporting Procurement Operations.
The Global Service Delivery Manager will lead the North America team and be the point of contact for all operational activities conducted for US and Mexico sites. It is expected that the Global Service Delivery Manager directs the activities of buyers and expediters to accomplish company objectives. This position will work closely with Compliance, Category managers, Warehousing, Accounts Payable and Business partners.

Purchase Order (PO) Management
- Create and process POs, ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
- Handle purchasing and non-inventory requisitions.
- Maintain POs, including change orders and approval support.
- Confirm pricing, delivery, and terms with suppliers.
- Escalate supplier issues to procurement contacts.
- Reconcile invoice and receiving issues with accounts payable and receiving.
- Communicate order status and new requests to customers.
- Drive best practices and process improvements with procurement leadership.
- Identify and address inefficiencies and root causes.
- Recommend solutions for sustained performance improvement.
- Provide mentoring on procurement processes.
- Manage regional P-Card requests and administer the P-Card program.
- Ensure SOX compliance and support audits.
- Participate in user acceptance testing for system enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement operations or supply chain management with focus on P2P.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, influence stakeholders, and drive performance across multiple functions, including Finance, Procurement, IT, and BPO partners, while promoting strong business values and work ethics.
- In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end P2P (Procure to Pay) process, including invoice processing, payments, and procurement systems (SAP, Ariba, etc.), with a strong focus on process optimization.
- Project Management and Continuous Improvement: Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and manage service delivery in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring compliance with policies and improving KPIs.
