Job Responsibilities

• Good insight of DRAM specifications, circuit implementation, performance target and goals. Guide verification strategy and architecture verification system for DRAM products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align verification plan and coverage goals.
• Drive patterns and regressions development to execute function and timing verification plan.
• Own and lead product verification plan, execution, review, silicon debugging support. Lead the team to achieve project schedule and deliverables.
• Provide support to design and verification engineers, simulate, analyze and debug circuit issues.
• Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and timely project execution.
• Understand Micron’s verification tools and flows, collaborate with international colleagues on developing new verification tools and flows to improve verification quality and efficiency.
  
  

Required

• 5 years of experience in complex IC verification and/or IC design preferred. Previous work experience in memory related fields is a plus
• Experience in function verification and timing analysis with mixed signal design.
• Understanding of CMOS circuit design; gate Level circuit design preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey sophisticated technical concepts to other verification peers.
• Experience with SystemVerilog Assertion (SVA)
• Familiar with analog/digital simulation tools, ie. HSPICE, VerilogHDL, FINESIM, PrimeSim
• A strong leadership skill and project management skills.
• Strong English skill in both writing and speaking is a must
