We focus on end-to-end system solutions to ensure efficient Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) performance. Responsibilities
The role involves ensuring product electrical performance through modeling, simulation, analysis, and correlation to measurement. You will represent the team in technical multi-functional groups including package design, silicon design, product engineering, and marketing departments. Additionally, you will drive the development of SI/PI aspects of future standards through system and product electrical capability exploration, support external customers as needed, develop methodologies and processes for SI/PI analysis, and supply path-finding activities for IO and channel innovation!

Minimum Qualifications
- BSEE with a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience, or equivalent degrees such as MSEE
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge in SI/PI/EMI, including modeling, analysis, and simulation
- Extensive background in Signal and Power Integrity, with a focus on I/O circuit and signaling performance
- Experience with Signal and Power Integrity for LPDDRR, DDR, HBM, GDDR, NAND, ASICs, SOCs, controller chips, SERDES, parallel buses, PLLs, and logic and analog power domains network analysis
- Courses or experience in RF theory and analog design
- Proficiency with E.M. field solvers (quasi-static and full wave), and simulation tools like Q3D, SIWAVE, HFSS, HSPICE, ADS
- Deep understanding of electromagnetic and transmission line theory, I/O design, signal integrity, and interface technologies
- Expertise in timing budgets, jitter analysis, and high-speed PCB layout or electrical package design techniques
- Familiarity with lab measurement equipment such as Oscilloscopes, TDR, and Vector Network Analyzers (VNA)
- Effective experience in statistical analysis tools like DOE and JMP
- Advantageous Mixed-signal Circuit Design Background
- Shown Memory experience
- Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in diverse teams
- Experience with HFSS and HSPICE
- Coursework in electromagnetics and transmission line theory
- Experience in high-speed single-ended buses design and analysis
