- Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Lead the creation of a detailed AI transformation roadmap in collaboration with department representatives.
- Initiative Consolidation: Align and integrate AI initiatives across departments to ensure cohesive and synergistic efforts.
- Deployment Planning and Execution: Oversee the deployment plan for AI transformation, ensuring projects are implemented effectively and on schedule.
- Project Monitoring and Reporting: Track the progress of all AI projects, ensuring they meet implementation schedules and milestones. Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior management. Highlight potential risks and constraints.
- Resource Management: Develop and implement plans for executing AI projects, including identifying necessary business processes and planning resource allocation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with PROCT departments, various resource teams to drive the implementation of AI initiatives. Ensure continuous follow-up and support for these initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to communicate project goals, progress, and outcomes. Address any concerns and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
Requirements :- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering/Operations Management/ Project or Program Management/Computer science related field of study
- Any formal education on Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and Data Analytics would be advantageous
- Experience and knowledge in implementing AI solutions in organizations with more than 100 team members
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale programs/projects.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution.
- Ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
