In this role, you will support our production and R&D areas by providing outstanding sample analysis in an innovative laboratory environment. Responsibilities
As an Analytical Chemistry Laboratory Technician, you will:
- Perform sample data acquisition
- Make and maintain laboratory solutions
- Maintain laboratory inventory of chemicals and supplies
- Operate analytical instrumentation
- Professionally communicate with customers to improve analytical efficiency
- Apply Microsoft Office products and job-specific software applications
Requirements

- Be comfortable working in a high efficiency environment with minimal supervision
- Adapt to changes in a dynamic technical environment
- Be flexible with job responsibilities and shift assignments (able to perform 12-hour work shifts)
- Demonstrate strong initiative and interest in acquiring new skills
- Demonstrate excellent mathematical skills
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Identify, understand, and mitigate risk before making critical decisions
- Accurately analyze and interpret data
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Display strong organizational skills
- Be proficient in using commonplace office software
- Ideally, have experience in operations of titrations, wet bench analyses, metals analysis by ICP-OES, ICP-MS, Ion Chromatography, organic analysis by LC-MS, GC-MS
Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
- AS degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry or related field (Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering) or over 1 year of prior laboratory experience
- Proven ability to identify, understand, and mitigate risk before making critical decisions
- Proven ability to accurately analyze and interpret data
