Must Have’s
Bachelor’s degree of Nursing (BSN) is required
Registered Nurse in North Carolina is required (or compact state)
American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS is required
Minimum of three years supervisory experience (Manager role or above) in the Emergency Department, within the last five years required.
Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree (BSN) is required
Master's degree (MSN, MHA, etc.) is preferred
Required Licenses
Registered Nurse in North Carolina or Compact state is required
Required Certifications
BLS is required
ACLS is required
PALS is required
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the emergency services department, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and medical regulations.
- Manage nursing staff, providing guidance and support in critical care and emergency situations.
- Develop and implement protocols for patient care, focusing on acute and hospice care needs.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure proper documentation of patient interactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes and uphold resident's rights.
- Conduct training sessions to improve staff skills in emergency response and nursing practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $108,798.00 - $112,400.00 per year
