Job Duties
Leverage reports, dashboards, tabular models and analytical insights to drive business success. Apply customer and competitor insights to create business plans, explore new business opportunities, and facilitate product launch. Conduct work simplification and measurement studies based on business evaluations. Design systems and procedures and prepare related guidance to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Analyze business trends to develop untapped potential in the market segment and related ecosystem. Develop an understanding of Microsoft’s product portfolio to analyze strategic priorities, competitive position, gaps, and potential opportunities. Support and review product roadmap, go-to-market, integration, and related plans to ensure effective business development strategies. Telecommuting permitted 100% from any location within mainland U.S.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related degree.
Experience: Two (2) years of experience in marketing, market analysis, sales strategy, or product management.
SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Requires at least twelve (12) months of experience in: Project Management, Time Management, Problem-Solving; and at least twenty-four (24) months of experience in: Cross-Functional Collaboration, Communication, and Presentation.

Pay Range and Benefits Information: The offered base pay range for this specific position (job code: TSSKP18057), in Redmond, WA (but telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the U.S.) is $146,000.00 to $176,000.
Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. U.S.-based employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and wellbeing benefits, among others.
