In this role, you'll collaborate closely with senior leaders to shape a high-performance culture across our Engineering and corporate departments. You'll drive HR initiatives that align with our strategic objectives, leveraging your expertise to inform business decisions.
The Role:
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on the people strategy that supports business goals.
- Develop targeted L&D initiatives to foster skill growth and enhance team effectiveness, particularly within our engineering and technical teams.
- Use HR analytics to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations that support operational efficiency, employee engagement, and strategic alignment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ~5 years in an HR business partner role, preferably with experience in fast-paced technology environments and supporting technical/engineering teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in using HR data to inform decision-making.
