As our Social Media Coordinator, you will be the brand's voice across multiple digital platforms. You’ll strategize, create, and execute content that amplifies our reach, builds community, and supports our growth goals. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where creativity meets analytics, and innovation drives engagement.
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising strategies on Google, Meta, YouTube, and X to drive traffic, lead generation, and sales.
- Create high-quality, visually appealing content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Rumble.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content strategy accordingly.
- Engage actively with our community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media platforms for spam accounts and inappropriate content, ensuring that spam accounts are identified, reported, and removed in a timely manner to maintain a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align social media initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing and content creation.
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO strategies to maximize visibility and reach.
- Use Google Analytics and other tools to measure performance and provide actionable insights.
- Support marketing campaigns with photography, short-form videos, and copywriting.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- 2 years of professional experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Proven success growing and managing brand presence across major platforms
- Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Metricool and Notion
- Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to create basic graphic and video content (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.)
- Photography or product/lifestyle content experience is a plus
- Highly self-motivated, creative, and capable of working independently
- Knowledge of knives, tactical gear, or the outdoor/sporting goods industry is preferred
