Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and clothing as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues to management promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Experience
- Previous experience in custodial work or residential/commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and floor care practices is a plus.
- Experience in hotel housekeeping or similar environments is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
