Job Description
Responsible for managing and preparation of daily manufacturing build records for Finished Goods and Sub-Assemblies, scanning completed products, reconciling daily output / scanned products between manufacturing, warehouse clerks and assigning manufacturing / sterilization lot numbers per build records.
Daily tracking of manufacturing output reports, monitor GMP are properly followed and identify non-compliance prior reconciling daily reports. Planning and ensuring material availability to support build schedules. Typical job duties to include :
- Generate build records as requested per production planner.
- Delivers build cards according to planning schedule.
- Scan production completed FG / Subs on hourly basis.
- Data entry of planning and quality required reports.
- Coordinates and track sub assembly shipment to Costa Rica and China JV.Report Engineering builds / yellow sheets that impacts schedule to Production Planner.
- Proactively escalates potential production barriers.
