Hotel Front Desk Agent

Job Summary
The Front Desk Agent plays a vital role in ensuring a positive guest experience at our hotel. This position is responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Strong hospitality skills and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Manage reservations and maintain accurate records of guest information.
• Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Maintain the front desk area in a neat and organized manner.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest services.
• Process payments and manage cash handling procedures efficiently.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
• A background in hospitality management or related fields is advantageous but not required.
