***Mid America Lodging Group has an available GM position at our limited-service Country Inn & Suites in Birch Run, MI:
- This role requires a 6 day work week, 9 hours daily, one weekend off per month with healthcare, vacation, and bonuses.
- MUST HAVE a minimum of 5 years of experience to be considered for this role.
- Candidates must reside locally to be considered and must be ready to assume role by within two weeks of accepting position.
The GM is responsible for ensuring that all departments are adequately staffed and running efficiently per the brand standards as well as the company's requirements. The leader handles staffing needs, inventory, billing, AR accts, scheduling, rate structures, brand communication and customer care.
****GM certifications with IHG, Marriott, and Hilton will allow for a higher starting annual salary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
