Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Real Estate Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement for our Investment Sales Team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various marketing channels, be adept at coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, and experience with using Adobe Creative Suite. Material Creation:
- Design and create marketing materials and offerings using the Adobe Creative Suite and more
specifically Adobe’s InDesign.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our investment sales team.
- Create and send out marketing blasts in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Market Research:
- Maintain and update marketing materials to ensure they are current and relevant.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and design.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing efforts.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage the team's online presence, including social media accounts and website content.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive traffic to property
listings.
- Optimize property listings for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Desired Skills
- Experience with digital marketing tools/platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media advertising).
- Knowledge of commercial real estate market trends and analysis.
- Experience in creating and editing video content.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and more specifically Adobe’s InDesign.
