POSITION TITLE: HR COORDINATOR
FLSA STATUS: HOURLY (NON-EXEMPT)
LOCATION: ERLANGER, KY

ABOUT THE POSITION:
Shift is 40 hours per week, 6:00am – 2:30pm, M-F, onsite – (our location is 3148 Crescent Ave, Erlanger, KY 41018)
Assist with recruitment activities, conduct new hire processing, onboarding, and orientation.
Process employee personal actions.
Assist with employee engagement activities.
Manage phone system/accounts, Fleet GPS Account, and Insurance Compliance
Gather, review, and submit weekly employee time for payroll processing.
Review and submit administrative invoices to A/P for processing.
Manage relationships with outside vendors for office supplies & support.
Other duties as assigned.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS –
$22 - $25/hr. base wage.
Annual bonus potential based on company and individual performance and core value adherence.
100% EMPLOYER PAID individual healthcare insurance premiums after 60 days and 100% EMPLOYER PAID individual Dental insurance premiums after 90 days.
4% company paid 401k match (requires employee to elect and make a 5% contribution).

ABOUT YOU:
Requirements for the position:
High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources preferred.
- Payroll: 2 years preferred
- Work Onsite daily, M-F
- Microsoft Suite – Specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook: 1 year (Required)
- Ability to manage confidential information.
- Have a great attitude and be pleasant to be around!! HR is in the people business!
Other Requirements:
Criminal background check required.
A drug screen is not required for employment but may be required subsequently if warranted.
Clean motor vehicle report and current driver's license required to be insured and operate company vehicle.
Salary : $22 - $25
