Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to assist potential and current borrowers with loan-related inquiries, vehicle evaluations, account management, and payments. Representatives will maintain daily communication with customers, addressing their account needs and conducting courtesy calls as necessary.

Job Requirements:
General:
Must be available for full-time work

Opportunity for a $1.00 raise in 90 days based on attendance and performance
Education:
High School Diploma required
Experience:
Previous customer service experience preferred
Proficient in computer usage and data entry
